This course is designed to teach fun and effective First Aid and CPR, not only for divers but for anyone.
CPR and First Aid skills are integrated into an easy-to-remember emergency care sequence that allows participants to provide effective care to injured and ill persons. The core skills follow the same priorities of care used by professional emergency services.
This course is necessary should you wish to participate in the Rescue Diver Course and beyond, Divemaster etc.

- The course is completed in approx 6 hrs.
- The course takes place in a shallow pool that students can initially stand up in.
- All equipment is supplied.
- Required for Rescue Diver Course.
- EFR Refreshers can be arranged.
